A big highlight of the NAFEM Show was the patent pending IntelliCheckTM System, which was chosen to be included in NAFEM’s “What’s Hot! What’s Cool!” innovative new product gallery.
The IntelliCheckTM System is a complete HACCP food management system designed to automate food temperature data logging and the execution of Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”). Using an integrated stainless steel food probe that connects to any Apple iOS device (iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad), the IntelliCheckTM System allows users to collect critical food temperatures at all phases of food preparation.
